Sealskinz original, military-trusted sock, enforced with Hydrostop™. A men’s and women’s waterproof sock, the Briston is a mid lenght sock what thrives in multiple environments. Hydrostop™ prevents water dripping down leg into sock. Lightweight and breathable, the Briston thrives in any environment. Handcrafted and tested in the Sealskinz factory in Norfolk.

Sealskinz three-layer AQUASEALZ™ composition sees a 100% waterproof hydrophilic membrane enmeshed between a premium merino wool interior and an extra-durable Polycolon exterior. Outer - Extra-durable Polycolon exterior, with 4-way stretch for an optimal fit. Mid-Section -100% waterproof hydrophilic membrane releases body-generated heat and moisture, while denying intrusion of external elements. Interior - Premium merino wool for comfort, sweat-wicking and odour resistance.

Handmade and hand tested in our Norfolk factory. Socks have undergone a rigorous testing process, demanding complete waterproofness and longevity of fabric. Our Norfolk factory champions British industry and sustainable production practices.

Care Guide

We don’t like complicated things. And when it comes to the care of your socks, we want to make it as simple as possible. This is the type of sock you can throw in the wash along with the rest of your gear. No need to line dry or wash with special detergents. Since the membrane is a solid barrier, you’ll never need to re-waterproof.
